For me, pilates is not only a workout but also a form of recharge. It helps us pay more attention to our bodies, strengthen our inner balance, and everyone can find their own path in it – whether a beginner or an experienced athlete.
I believe that pilates is the foundation of conscious exercise, which can be a much-needed activity in today’s sedentary world. It’s a form of movement where you can strengthen both your body and your mind. It challenges you, yet at the same time, it soothes, relaxes, and motivates you to grow. As the saying goes: ‘a sound mind in a sound body’ – that’s what pilates offers.
